I'm a solo entrepreneur who has been spending a lot of time lately designing wireframes and interfaces for my website. When it comes to designing specific elements, I often look to examples of popular websites to benchmark how they've put their pages together (Facebook's interface for messaging, Shopify's checkout process, etc.). I figure, they're the leaders in their respective area and have already spent resources to optimize their interface. If I gain inspiration from their design, it saves me time, and puts me lightyears ahead. Is there a library out there that has these types of examples? I'd love to see what designers consider their favorite site elements.
