I am trying to take the plunge on VC (small shop). If I understand correctly each developer has a sandbox. We develop in CF and postgres. So is the best bet to create a subdirectory on the development server for each programmer and then they clone the repository there? Or do we run coldfusion locally on each desktop (and configure all the db connections). Is there anyway to share the resources on the development server vs copying them locally. I guess the kind of resource sharing we do on the current development server equals no version control. Sorry I am new to this.
