Been working for 2 weeks on a wordpress theme for my wife and I was told that my images were too big (avg size 1-4mb) and that i needed to resize to 400kb. I went to photoshop and decreased the pixel width and height to make them smaller and the size didn't decrease. Any advice on how to resize a photo and still retain its quality?
