Maybe some of you are familiar with 9gag.. those gifs are most likely mp4, as you can easily save them on Safari with right click. Question is how do I create such thing? Most of them are literally 30 seconds long.. or 15 seconds with such high quality and 60fps and file size small as 2mb.
Like question is how do I make my mp4 video act as a gif on a website? So no quicktime player is required.
