When I say typical, I mean in your particular niche.
The reason I'm curious is that I deal predominantly with small business, who have no web experience at all and I'm finding a huge fluctuation in timeframes between a few weeks to over 12 months. I know it is different for every project, but I'd like to know what is reasonable, on average, for all of you.
I'm thinking I need to work on the education side of what I do, and push start dates back when clients are obviously not ready.
