I have tried contacting the support. I've tried installing the materials folder into different locations, but still no use. Always get the error code: 1022.
The support team told me the error's related to permission issue, so I run the installer in admin, and still no use. Disabled anti-virus, too.
They asked me to run the full installer, not the patch. But the installer can't be executed. It has a non-executable format which is .vcpack

Just that you should know, in the video, I made a clean installation from the start. Deleted even Element 3D.
