What to expect in a phone interview?

I'm going to having a phone interview for an internship in another state pretty soon. It's supposed to be almost an hour long. I've had an internship before and it was 2 people interviewing me in person. They kind of threw me a curve ball question with having me list all the things you could do with a paper clip, but besides that, they were generic job interview questions.

What should I expect or try to prepare for for this interview? It will be a graphic design job.
