Clip art for Windows question.

I am looking for a collection of clip art to install for offline use in Windows 10.

I came across Nova Art Explosion 800,000 which comes on DVDs. I would rather just buy and download directly. Is there a clip-art collection that you would recommend for offline use? Preferably like those black and white cartoon-like drawings that used to come with Microsoft Office?
