Fonts

Hi guys. I am in a super need for help. How can I organize my fonts in adobe illustrator or photoshop or anywhere in any software?

I have them sorted in folders but i installed them all in windows and now they just show all into one category.

I find it so so hard to search for them all since I don't know all their name and I also guide after what I need at one moment and the previews help, but I want them sorted the way I want them to.

Please anyone help me? Maybe I can do a separate category of fonts with 'best of' what i got? Anything will be appreciated. Thank you very much
