Newly into the full-time freelance game and looking to buy a printer that can handle regular printing (letter-sized proposals, agendas, contracts) and also large format and various weights of paper (test comps for 11x17 full-bleed book spreads, posters, pitch presentations). Laser? Ink?
I’ve spent a few hundred dollars on short run printing in the last couple of months and it’s definitely time to do this stuff in-house. Any recommendations for a budget of under or around $1k USD are appreciated.
