Do any of you all work off of ticketing systems? If so what do you use or how do you manage large amounts of requests.
Main Goals in doing this
- Tracking request
- Tracking whether the request has been approved to move forward or not
- Tracking who the project has been assigned to
- Accountability for the team I lead
- Accountability for those who submit projects (mainly there is not always a clear distinction whether projects have been submitted or someone was just bouncing an idea off me. I have one person in particular who will tell my boss they are waiting on projects for me that I have never heard about. My boss trusts me but it's frustrating)
- Design Approval (I'd really like to be able to upload a design and have my copy-editor proof it and send it back to someone on my team if it needs changes or then send it to the person I'm designing for and have them approve it before it goes to print.
