I have a meeting with the Director of one of the best web studios in town. Any tips to help me land a job there?

Hi! About three weeks ago I applied for a job at this web design studio as a junior developer and I emailed the director who responded super kindly and quickly that they are not looking for someone with my skillset at this moment, but would love to have a chat. Last week we scheduled it for tomorrow and I am kind of nervous about it as I'm not sure what to expect.

Now I know this is not an interview, but I definitely want to make a good impression, so potentially they can hire me when they start looking for someone. I don't want to come across too strong, though, so do you guys have any tips or dos and donts on what to talk about or maybe what questions to ask?
