I have a voice over business and want to build a website. Which design site (weebly, squarespace, etc.) should I use? or can I get someone to build a site that I can easily modify and add audio to?

I want to build a site to promote my voice demos and podcasts kind of a 2 in 1 site. Which design site do you recommend for this that is user friendly, easy to add audio (probably use sound cloud for voice demos and Libsyn for podcasts)?

Or do you think I could pay (not a lot) for someone to build the initial site and I just add podcasts and blog type entries? I have medium tech knowledge and would like to learn enough to get the job done. I have a good idea of a simple, easy to use design concept similar to an Adam Carolla website. A Navigation bar across top with drop downs, 2 columns, some color, web banner pics, payment for voice work, links to social media etc.
