Question about how to do something.

Hey guys and gals,

I'm working on customizing a SquareSpace website, and I'm stuck at the best way to go about something. It's more a feature than visual design. What I need to make is a basic system that allows users to book time through a simple log-in and calendar. Preferably they should be able to pay or place a deposit as well. Is this just a plug-in? Or is it some custom developed code? Ideally there would be a free plug-in I could I grab and figure out, but also definitely willing to pay for some custom code/dev-time if needed.
