System for CLO 3D.

I have checked their site it only talks about intel cpu.

I have a requirement for High-end system for CLO 3D im contemplating between Threadripper or i9.
thread ripper has obvious core count and PCIe lane advantage what i would like someone to clear up is would be on par if not outperform the i9 9900k for CLO 3D paired with a 2080ti.
