Want to add fake mat border to digital images, any easy way to do that to a bunch of pics?

Hope it's okay to ask in this sub.... I'm trying to emulate the look of the Samsung "The Frame" TV. They have a digital beveled mat border in "Art mode", i want to turn a bunch of photos i've taken to include this type of look so i can set my tv to play them the way The Frame does, any recs? The easier and faster the better.
