Determining Hourly rate?

Hey All!

I'm a full-time art director looking to branch out into the contractor world. I'm about to have a meeting with another agency, and am having trouble determining a properly hourly rate (something they requested I provide).

Any great outlets to determine hourly rates for someone working 15-20ish hours a week on top of full-time work?
