Client can't spell, has no idea what a designer does, and is generally a moron. Ugh.

How do you cope with clients like this? He sends me changes as PDFs, as well as through emails. He never explains what he means, and then just assumes I'll understand. He "informed me" that I would be able to just "change the PDF to whatever format I wanted" - yeah, not how that works.
