How do I make this logo more interesting?

I have designed this logo concept for me and two friends. We are basically a parody group on a popular thing in Norway, and we called ourselved "the Three Discuteers", based of the threee Musketeers. It's silly, but that's the point.

Do any of you have any tips on a better logo, or how to make the linked logo better? In overall design as well as just the whole of it. One of the others suggested musketeer hats, stuff like that works.
