High Design Salt + Pepper Grinders?
I've long wanted a really sexy salt/pepper grinder. A set that's unique, well designed, and undeniably attractive.
I kept expecting to come across "the right one" in my travels or online, but am losing hope by how long it's taking :(
Perhaps someone can point in the direction of a respected or lesser known designer, artist, shop, gallery, etsy, etc.?

1 Motion Graphic per day for 30 days
Hey guys, I'm pretty new to this subreddit but I thought it'd be great if you guys could check out one of the projects I did over the last month, which was to create one motion graphic every single day for 30 days. It turned out pretty well and I wanted to know what the people over at /r/design thought of it.

Video Backgrounds
For those of you who are using video backgrounds on their website, are you putting any special logic that prevents the download of the video on mobile devices?
Or does the fact that the video does not auto play on mobile mean that it's not being downloaded in the first place?
Looking at Chrome Dev tools would imply it's being downloaded even though it's not being displayed / being replaced with a poster frame...
