Designing a logo in 7 minutes?

Hello everyone! I have a strange question for you – do you have any tips on how I can create a logo in 7 minutes or less?

Yesterday I signed up for an Iron Chef-style design competition and this morning I found out that I was chosen as a competitor. In the first round I'll have 7 minutes to come up with a logo for a company that will be revealed at the start of the round.

Do you have any suggestions on how to expedite the logo-making process?
