Dreamweaver substitute?

So I've been out of school for about a year but have been coasting on my student version of CC. The price jumps up at the end of this month so I cancelled it, since I don't have $50 to keep it and don't wanna pay $20/month for one program. I already have Photoshop and Illustrator CS6 but I need Dreamweaver for work. I have it at work, but I also can work at home certain days so need access to those softwares. I really only need Dreamweaver for basic coding (HTML) and image mapping stuff we do at my job. Is there a free/cheap software that I can use/download that will let me do that? I really only need it for the image mapping, since I can just hand code the HTML. Thanks! :3
