Policy Design

Any resources or examples of policy design?

As in either private corporate strategy design (I know the term's application here is nebulous but think something along the lines of business consultants at MBB do) or public policy, instead of just products or objects. Processes, strategies - the like - that involves designers of various specialties, subject matter experts, policy makers, stakeholders, funders etc.

The end product could of course be a product (Perhaps like the One Laptop per Child idea) though not merely in isolation but as an integral part of a larger policy initiative that involves production, distribution, implementation, and assessment.
