After two years I'm starting to get burnt out at my current in-house design job and I am in the process of updating my website/portfolio for job search purposes. I want to include some projects that I've worked on during my tenure (mainly print/web design), but I'm not sure how, or if, I need to ask permission. IMO asking permission at this point seems like giving an "intent to vacate" & it seems pretty unlikely that they'd stumble across a newer website of mine.
Am I over thinking this? Or is it best to stick with recent personal & older projects?
TLDR: can I use work done at my current employer in my online portfolio?
Great design resource
