So long story short a friend asked me to help him with his project and I was out of job so I did not hesitate. 8 months afterwards I am making almost the same money I was making on my previous job and I am happy with the results.
That being said I think there is a lot to be desired from my design ( when it comes to monetization at least ).
I have done my best to give out the best possible UX as I have done the website with my fans/users at mind.
More info about the website:
I don't produce content I am merely an affiliate, but I was on the first page for a very hard term "vr porn" and I am still ranking very well for "vr xxx", "vr sex", "vr porn movies", download vr porn, free vr porn, download free vr porn and over 7000 other keywords.
I was wondering if someone can inspect my website and give me advices on how to proceed, my biggest competitors aim to make more and more money by having too much pop-unders and pop-ups, but I refuse to put anything like this even though it will be making me at least 1-2 000$ per month.
I still think the website is young and has extremely high potential and I want the users to feel at home and safe.
I get around 350 000 Uniques a month out of which 78% are from organic search and I managed to increase my page views to 3.3 per user, I have around 37% bounce rate and 3:30 minutes average time on site.
If anyone can help out I will be extremely thankful, if you need money for your service I might be interested as well.
If I can help anyone I am willing to do it!
Side note: my website has been banned from reddit for 2 months and I contacted the admins, but they say too much people have posted it and I have to wait 90 days for them to lift the ban.
I find this kind of sad as I have reddit share buttons on my website and I get over 300 shares per day ( all socials ) so its only natural that I get share in reddit as well.
It seems there have been a few users that promoted my website with the sole purpose of hurting it, but that is life negative SEO is a thing.
Sorry for the long post
