Trying to find a site to print graphics on, but I do not want to use poor quality blanks.

I guess the title gives most of my description, but I was looking online for where I can get the best print and blank t for a design I think would look interesting on a shirt. I am okay with spending a few more bucks if it's worth it, but I want a nice, lasting print , and some decent cotton shirt(s). Thank you all for any help!
