I just discovered a couple of people on Instagram that illustrate patterns, lines, and shapes on real-life photography. Very bright and colorful, sometimes also animated. A couple of examples:

Does anyone know if there's a name for this style? Any more artists I can follow? Do you know resources/tutorials that explain how to illustrate like this?
