I'm trying to break in the design industry (UI Designer, I'm based in London) and it's not an easy task. On the other hand, I was barely getting any replies a few months ago, and now I've done 15 interviews in less than two months (and I've more coming up).
Right now most of the agencies/companies rejected me. It's hard at first but I'm kind of used to it at this point (which I don't know if it's a good thing or not). It's especially difficult when you've done 2-3 interviews (and maybe a design task) and they just say "no, thanks". I mean, it's good that I'm usually getting that far... but in the end I still don't have a job.
How do you handle rejection? How do you learn from it?
Great design resource
