As the title says, I've installed a typeface and so has a member of our team (from the exact same files) as we're working on a web design together. Unfortunately I'm on Windows and she's on Mac and for some reason the typeface installs differently on each environment meaning when we open the same file one of us gets missing font errors. This is a big problem as we can't work collaboratively on the same design now, as one of us would continually have to go through and redo the typefaces each time.
Any idea how we can fix it?
