A Designers Podcast

I'm not sure where would be the best place to post this. Could the mods help me out if it doesn't belong here?

I'm looking to connect with some other designers to put together a podcast we wish we had back when we started this journey.

Ideally I'd like to hear from an in-house designer, a student or just graduating and either a freelancer or someone who owns a design/branding company.

I would like to cover topics that seem to be lacking or are outdated in current podcast.

How to find work (the last blog post I saw about this on How was 2014 or 2015)

Formal training vs Practical

Literature on the craft. What designers are reading and have read.

Feeding your creativity with side projects

Celebrity designers and innovators

The list goes on. I feel this will be a great aide for anyone at any juncture in their design path, and seeing as I have a face for radio a podcast with some people in the field seems like a good start.
