Before you answer: Please note that despite my desire for a MacBook, I am going PC laptop for this--because I want something expandable and Macs no longer are. I do need a laptop, not a desktop.
How much memory is "too little" and "too much" for someone who runs (simultaneously is a requirement) Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, LightRoom and occasionally premiere or other similar software. I was thinking 32g might be necessary, the company thinks 16gb is "all you need." It might be right now but how about in a year?
Also, would you max out the graphics card? Anything processor specific you can weigh in on?
For example, here's a Lenovo I was looking at--is this overkill?
How would you build it if mine is overkill (obviously overbudget).
