What's the most Thai symbol ever?

I'm trying to come up with a logo for a Thai cuisine restaurant and I need Thai symbols that I can play around with.

I looked up online but everything seems too generic or too commonly used by other brands already.

My criteria for judging are: - Should be associated to Thailand alone and not other Asian countries (Preferably) - Should immediately make a person think of Thailand (Popular internationally in relation to Thailand - Should be relevant to the food business. (Optional)
