I have an image of a form that was made via scan. But the scan is slightly crooked. I was wondering if anyone had some software that could rotate the image a little so that it's level, and send me a corrected version.
Alternatively, the original form is a fillable PDF. But I couldn't save it as an image because the PDF had a blue background in the places the user needed to complete. So, alternatively, if someone is able to remove the blue backgrounds from the fields and simply save the PDF as an image, that would be better.
Am willing to pay for this work. PM me if interested.
