Trying to design a good logotype for a "My Full Name" brand, and I don't like any of them. Tips?

It's for my personal freelance work Web Portfolio and will be used across the web as a logo for relevant sites like github and stackexchange.

"George W Langham" or "George William Langham" for the text is what I was thinking, but it's a rather large amount of text.
