Where can I get this type of gate fold printed in the UK?

I'm looking for a company that delivers in the UK to print Save the Dates for my wedding, however I'm struggling to find the right dimensions.

The classic gate fold is too tall for what I need. I'm looking for something sized closer to this: http://ift.tt/25qFf1a

Does anyone know of anywhere I can get this printed?
