Wacom Intuos 3, is it a good idea?

Hello! I have been thinking for a while to get a drawing tablet, but the main reason I didn't was due to price.

I have found someone selling a fully working Wacom Intuos 3 for 20$, should I get it? I am afraid of it being so old that it might have incompatibilities with the newest sotwares such as Windows 10 and photoshop cc 2015. Will I manage to find all the drivers/fixes for the tablet I need? Will it be a headache? Is it a good starter drawing tablet for this age? Thank you in advance!
