So i'm working a new design job, and i know my way well enough around indesign, but i excel in illustrator. Sometimes if i need to make an element or clipping mask or something i know i can do fast in illustrator i'll just copy and paste it into indesign. My boss found out and got really irate over it, but im failing to see the point. If the job is done just fine and on time, why does it matter so much what software was used for the final product. Of course the majority of the layout are done with indesign, snd the final file is an .idd, but am i missing something crucial here that makes me a quote "destructive designer"
Great design resource
