Someone Posted a Link to Someone Explaining Why the Design Process Takes so Long but I forgot to Save it, Does anyone Have the Link or Something Similar?

I work as a part time graphic designer and my boss is constantly dropping hints in meetings about how he's upset with turnaround times. I've been trying to find a good way to explain this to him and the link I'm thinking of sums it up perfectly. If anyone has that link or links or insights similar that would be great!
