Can someone recommend me a tablet to start with?

Hello, guys and gals I am currently searching for an affordable tablet to start drawing with.

I drew on paper my whole life but recently switched to digital art.

It’s getting harder and harder for me to do everything with my mouse so I pretty much need a good, affordable beginners graphic table. (100€ max budget)

Any recommendations?
