Hello, I'm a UX student. For our semester project, we choose to design something for highschools. A product/software (The design this not the actual making).
For this we're creating a User Journey map. One for a teacher, the other for the student. We also have done research, thus we have something to base it on. Though, I haven't researched students as much as I wanted yet. So I thought of interviewing students, but first making a conceptual User Journey, so I can base my questions on that.
But what things do I want to show in a journey? Of course the objective journey itself. I also want to show the negative/positive emotions, regarding certain points in the Journey. But what else?
Any tips would be great!
Great design resource
