I saw a citation on Wikipedia referring to Design Manual vol 1 from Y. Don Kumaragamage from 2011. There are no links or other information. I did a quick search but can only find articles citing it from Wikipedia. I'm wondering if there is a misattributed citation.
Is anyone familiar with this author or work?
