Question for Menus

So I have been tasked with designing menus that will chnage every week for the bar. One side will be draft beer and the other a list of bottled beer. My question is how can I deal with a weekly change? Is there a small pouch I could use and print the menus into there? The menus are 8x5 and I can't locate anything that would work. Do you all have any ideas? My other choice is to laminate them every week which will be a huge strain for 100 tables
