I work for a manager who sees herself as an art director, but has no art or design experience herself. She's also mentioned that she has synesthesia. I get bizarre and inconsistent feedback on colors and I wonder if her perceptions are just unique to her. It can be very frustrating when she prefers color templates that I feel are clearly bad. Has anyone else had a similar experience?
