Need some Design Suggestions from this community

Hello Guys,

This is Sagar from India and I'm a designer for my Father's Company and design Everything from Vector, Social Posts to Videos and Clips.

I have been using CorelDraw for over 11 years and I am pretty confident with it and use it for virtually anything that is given to me.

The Problem I'm Facing now.
My dad has assigned me 47 Products whose catalogs have to be made by the month end, I am not sure whether I can do it by month-end so he has given me another staff from the organisation who will fill out the data. He does not know CorelDraw and does not follows the design language which I had assembled after so much hard work. My dad will agree with the other staff because he fails to understand that design plays a vital role.

The Task I am assigned with is making Catalogs, Instruction Manual, Operating Instructions for all our machinery.

Since the other person is not aware about CorelDraw is there any other medium where we can make these layouts and has some decent editing options.

or do you guys have any suggestions of publishing software that will help me overcome this situation.
