Where’s a good place to look for someone to design a logo?

I’m looking to buy a logo design for a friends wrestling club as it’s close to my heart. His father coached me from about 6-18 and passed away about 5 years ago. His eldest son made a wrestling club for the community in his honor and currently coaches.

I searched around Craigslist etc for designers, but having no luck. Maybe I’m just wording my searches wrong. Any help or direction would be appreciated.
