I don't know how to draw but I'm willing to learn. I've been solely using Photoshop and so far, I've gotten good feedback on my designs but it's obviously very hard drawing with a mouse.
My budget is <$100, and cheaper is better.
Which one is best for me? Wacom Bamboo, Intuos Draw, or Intuos Art?
I'm not looking to create any mind-blowing art. Most of it will be cartoony, and I will be doing all the animation myself.
Is the $30-40 extra recommended over a Monoprice?
