Creating a Brainstormplan?

When you de research, you create a research plan. When you test users, you create a testplan. But I haven't heard of someone using a Brainstormplan yet.

Wouldn't this be useful? For one, having a level of concreteness, knowing what you want is always useful. Two, it's much easier to create products based on research this way (Since you can include factors, like human values of the target group for example.)

What do you think of this?
