The gaming company Unity's logo is very closely resembling the White Supremacist logo youth are wearing at racist rallies. What would they do in this situation?

I recently came across this article and realized, the symbol on the flag is very close, if not exactly, the Unity Technologies logo! Obviously, Unity would not want to be associated with a white supremacist group, let alone any racism. So what do you think they should do? Sue them? Change their logo? My husband works at Unity and they've already received a few emails from customers notifying them of the situation, so customers are definitely aware of the racists using the logo.
