Hello /r/design, I'm totally new to design and photoshop editing, I started just a week ago. My major is in a whole different (medicine) and I started all by myself to help to boost an event I'm organizing. Most of everything I did was just picking up some internet examples and trying to put some of "my touch", but I'm running out of ideas and examples. I need to do a Lottery announcement but I'm stuck. Can you guys give me some advice or some light on how I can do it?
