I am in the midpoint of my user research (Industrial designer) and feel like I have a decent idea of the problems people are facing in my area of focus. What I would now like to find out is exactly why people are having these problems/what they are currently doing to resolve them/which are the biggest problems that they would most like to see addressed.
I have started to do some interviews which have gained some insights but I feel like they could be better.
My question is: are there any good UX forums where I can ask questions, or does anyone know of good user research resources that have best practices for doing interviews?
